Important to know

  • Consult the regulations for electric scooters in Quebec
  • Minimum age: 14 years

    You can operate an electric scooter from the age of 14, but you must have documentation verifying your age at all times. Please note that currently we only rent to those 18 years and older. If you are 14 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Minimum size: approx. 5’0″ (152 cm)

  • Maximum weight: 265 lbs (120 kg)

  • To participate, it’s important to be active, independent and healthy.

  • Suggested routes will be adapted to weather and trail conditions, so the itinerary and duration of the outing may vary. However, you are responsible for your own safety on the road.

– All rental cancellations must be made in writing and received by Tuque & bicycle expériences more than 24 hours prior to the arrival time indicated in your reservation in order to receive a full refund of fees already paid.

– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours or less, the rental is non-refundable.

– Tour groups, corporate groups and school groups receive a different cancellation policy, which is communicated to them directly.

– Rental cancellation: Tuque & bicycle expériences inc. reserves the right to cancel any rental. If Tuque & bicycle expériences inc. cancels a rental, the company is responsible for reimbursing all fees already paid.
