Rent a complete winter outfit to fully experience the joys of the Quebec winter: coat, snow pants, gloves/mittens, tubular scarf, tuque (hat), boots, ski goggles and a phone pouch; the perfect outfit to play in the snow and participate in the wide range of winter activities that Quebec offers. This avoids cluttering your luggage and you make sure wearing the right clothes for any activity.
You may pick-up your winter wear at our office in Old Quebec or in Montreal. You may also ask for a delivery at your hotel in Old Quebec or on the Island of Montreal for free or pay en extra fee for any other hotel in Quebec.

Winter Coat
Description | We rent insulated, comfortable and warm winter coats.
Sizes | 8, 10 and 12 years for children, XS to 3XL for adults
Upon request and depending on availability, it is possible to provide you other sizes.
Renting a coat only | $20 + taxes per day.
Minimum of two days to cover cleaning costs.
Snow pants
Description | We rent snow pants to play outside and practice all your winter activities. The pants have a straight and comfortable cut for easy movement. They are a perfect combination of warmth, waterproofing and breathability to enjoy winter.
Sizes | 8, 10 and 12 years for children, XS to 3XL for adults
Upon request and depending on availability, it is possible to provide you other sizes.
Renting snow pants only | $20 + taxes per day. Minimum of two days to cover cleaning costs.
Bottes
Description | We rent winter boots that we have been testing now for 3 years that are waterproof, warm and comfortable.
Tip | Bring several pairs of socks and change them during the day, because humidity is often the first cause of cold.
Sizes | Child sizes to 14US for men, other adult’s and children’s sizes upon request
Renting boots only | $12 + taxes per day. Boot dryer included.

Mittens & gloves
Description | We rent insulated softshell mittens and gloves that are warm, comfortable and breathable.
Sizes | S, M, L for children and adults
Tuque & tubular scarf
Description | In the snow kits we rent, we lend a tuque (hat) and a tubular scarf.
Purchase
- Homemade designed tuque (hat) (model on the picture) : $ 40 + taxes.
- Homemade designed tubular scarf (model on the picture): $10 + taxes.
- Tubular scarf and thin tuque (hat) (model to come) : $40 + taxes
Casque
Description | We rent the Koll helmet from Blivet and we love it. It’s lightweight and adjustable. It’s designed for protection and comfort. Plus, it has a lens!
Add to your rental | $20 + taxes (1-10 days)
Tip | Under the helmet, wear a hat or a toque without pompom and not too thick.
Sizes | SM or ML
Phone Pouch
Description | You can add the BODDI phone pouch from Blivet to your winter outfit rental. It is a favorite of our team and we can’t do without it for our winter activities.
The pouch keeps your phone attached to your body inside your winter coat to keep it warm.
Buy | $40 + taxes
Tip | In winter, your phone’s battery can run out of power very quickly if it is exposed to cold. So it’s important to keep your phone as close to your body heat as possible. The phone pouch is really the solution to make this easier.
Ski goggles
Description | You can add to your winter outfit rental a pair of ski goggles useful for skiing, snowboarding and any other winter sport. Ski goggles are even useful for walking outside, especially when it’s windy and snowy. They are great for protecting your eyes and being comfortable in all kinds of weather.
Tips on how to dress in winter in Quebec City?

Have the essentials to protect your extremities | A tuque (toque/hat) that covers your head and ears, a scarf (neck warmer, scarf, buff) to cover your face and neck, warm gloves and mittens, and warm, waterproof boots.

If it’s a particularly cold day, stay active!
- Change of clothes | The worst enemy for being cold is humidity. So, for example, bring several pairs of socks to change into during the day as needed.
- Multi-layered clothing | Wear technical underwear as the first layer of clothing to allow moisture to escape, then wear a layer of insulating clothing such as a jacket that is easy to remove when it gets warmer. The last layer of clothing protects against wind, snow and rain.
